Awesome customer service experience. My heating system failed last evening. Called them and requested urgent service since I have only once heater & that it failed. Kind enough Deepak. P. from Mid Atlantic responded and fixed my heating system the immediate next morning. Amazing, saved me & my home from the biting cold. Kudos to him and his company. The Service representative was courteous and was right on issue. Replaced the malfunctioning part & my life returned to normal.
